Copyright Policy for Overlay

This Copyright Policy explains who owns the content in the Overlay mobile application (the "App") and how that content may and may not be used.

1. Ownership

All content inside the App, including stickers, frames, backgrounds, fonts, illustrations, and other creative assets (the "Content"), is original and was created by Kateryna Kochubei. The Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

2. Permitted Use

Overlay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content only within the App, to create and export your own edited photos and videos.

3. Prohibited Use

Any use of the Content outside of the Overlay application is strictly forbidden. Without prior written permission from Kateryna Kochubei, you may not:

• Extract, copy, scrape, screenshot, or download the Content from the App for use elsewhere
• Use the Content in other apps, software, websites, or services
• Redistribute, share, sell, sublicense, rent, or publish the Content on its own or as part of another product
• Modify the Content or create derivative works from it outside of the App
• Use the Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning or AI models

4. Your Content

You keep full ownership of your own photos and the images you create. Edited images that include the Content may be shared as part of your creation, but this does not give you any right to the Content on its own.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you believe the Content has been used outside of the App without permission, or you have any copyright questions or permission requests, please contact us. We may take action against unauthorized use, including requesting removal of infringing material and pursuing legal remedies.
